Who we are

Mowbray Congregation

As a congregation we seek to live and minister on the boundary between cultures, ages, different social and economic backgrounds, and different worship and music styles. Our church is based close to both UCT and CPUT campuses and we enjoy having students and young people actively participate in our worship services and youth and young adult activities. We encourage participation of all generations in the life and work of our faith community. We would like to invite you to visit us and to share in our life and work for Jesus.

We are a congregation of the Uniting Presbyterian Church in Southern Africa (UPCSA). The UPCSA is a multicultural family of Christians spread over Zambia, Zimbabwe and South Africa. Our congregation has a membership of around 300 people, including our children and youth, who form an integral part of our life and work. As an active and vibrant congregation, we are sure you would enjoy worshipping and growing in your faith with us!
